Welcome to IntroBird ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IntroBird mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using IntroBird, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, to use IntroBird. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

IntroBird is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your account information.

IntroBird is provided for educational purposes only. While the app is designed to support immersive language learning, we do not guarantee fluency, proficiency, or specific learning outcomes.

Learning progress varies depending on individual effort and usage.

All content, features, and functionality within IntroBird, including text, interfaces, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of IntroBird or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable for any interruptions, delays, or changes to availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntroBird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IntroBird from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which IntroBird operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
